Detailed Santa 2-in-1

I am a bargain shopper extraordinaire, if you haven't noticed. I love a good sale! I also love a good 2-in-1 or "OSW" (one sheet wonder). Basically, multiple uses of one product or using up every little scrap of something makes me feel like I've gotten my money's worth! If you're like me, or even if you're not, I think you'll enjoy today's project!

The Detailed Santa die is beautiful all by itself, which makes a simple yet stunning card VERY easy to do!

This card is a simple Cherry Cobbler card base plus the die cut Santa on Whisper White, with a little stamp (do you recognize that stamp set from the 25% off sale going on this month???) and ribbon. (You don't even have to get as fancy as I did with the ribbon! It fit so perfectly in the diecut border I just had to weave it in and out!)

The inside tag leaves enough room for a short message and signature from Santa! Again, from the awesome Oh, What Fun stamp set (on sale now!) This card would be PERFECT for that office secret Santa exchange with your co-worker you've never met before! Just a quick "Merry Christmas" is all you need to say! (Anything more would just be awkward!) BUT it gets better! It also doubles as a GIFT CARD HOLDER!!! It really is perfection!

All you have to do is adhere just the top and bottom of the tag with a stripe of Fast Fuse Adhesive, and it leaves a space just big enough to slide in a gift card! Who wouldn't love that??? (Gift cards, in my opinion, are the best gift ever!)

Craft fair FUN!

This weekend was SO much fun! For the first time ever, I had a booth at a local market! 

I didn't get very good pictures, but here's one I took after I got everything set up.

The "product" table had lots of yummy and pretty goodies for sale...

and the sign-up and samples table had room for my NEW friends to signup for classes

 and enter to win a door prize!

It was SO MUCH FUN. I saw my sweet (literally, she has her own bakery business!) friend Nelia from the neighborhood there and she said I would be addicted to craft fairs. She's right! I'm already looking into when I can do another market! It was so much fun to meet new people! 

I can't wait to see them at my upcoming classes!

Not only was the actual event fun, but creating all the product was fun too! I came up with some quick and easy projects that you can make for one or make for a crowd of people!

Halloween or ANYTIME treats!

I love making a project that you can customize! This video shows the Halloween (and Christmas) versions of this particular treat, but it can be made to fit any occasion! Valentine's Day, Birthdays, Weddings, Back to School, Rodeo Day... (you bet it's a thing here in Texas!) I have a feeling you'll be seeing lots of variations of this one from me! wink wink

In fact, here's a variation on the Halloween variety.

You can never have too many Halloween treats! To give out that is...  If I was on the ball I would have made tons of these to pass out to trick or treaters, but we've been sick with some crazy bug, so that didn't happen. Fortunately, I had stocked up on candy before the plague hit, so we weren't empty handed. Still, it would have been fun...

Maybe I'll get a headstart on all those Valentine's I'll be making.
(Insert crazy-eyed sarcastic grin here...LOL).
